SpiceJet offer on tickets priced at Rs 749 and Rs 3,099 for the domestic and international sectors respectively has been extended by 24 hours, according to the budget airline. The Spicejet offer was extended, according to the company, because of the overwhelming response from travellers.
“The Spicejet offer from customers across all platforms has led to decision to extend the sale by a day. The sale will now remain open till the midnight of 30th October 2016,” said a company statement.
The Spicejet offer applies across all sectors with ticket prices starting at Rs 749 base fare (excluding taxes) for the domestic and Rs 3,099 all in for the international sectors respectively.
The Spicejet sale is on one-way fares applicable on direct flights and it encompasses all the metro cities and some of the most attractive tourist destinations in the country. Under this offer, tickets on routes like Delhi to Amritsar, Ahmedabad to Mumbai all are priced at Rs 749 base fare (taxes will be additional). While within the international sector, the sale offering has been geared up for hot spots like Chennai to Colombo at Rs 3,099 all-in among others.
While the Spicejet sale will now be open till midnight, October 30, 2015, the travel period covered in this sale is 1st Feb – 29th October 2016.
Bookings for the extended sale can be made across all channels, including Spicejet website, on online travel portals, and through travel agents. Customers booking through mobile app will be getting 3% extra discount on both domestic and international bookings. Tickets under this Spicejet offer are non-refundable but changeable (taxes and fees are refundable).
There is limited inventory under the Spicejet sale, and seats will be available on First-Come-First-Served basis. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and the sales fares are not applicable on group bookings. Fares vary from sector to sector depending on the travel distance and flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and change(s)
