Putting rest to the continuing confussion on whether One Plus 3 smartphones are on sale on the e-commerce platform, Flipkart, on a discounted price, it had been confirmed that the smartphone is presently ‘Out of Stock’.
Earlier, yesterday, shoppers got mystified as Flipkart, in its advertisement revealed that, in its ‘Big Shopping Day Sale’ it will be selling One Plus 3 smartphone at Rs 18,999, which is Rs 9,000 less than the actual price of Rs 27,999. However, later One Plus co-founder Carl Pei confirmed that the company has an exclusive tie-up with another e-commerce giant Amazon India.
In his tweet, Carl mentioned, ”.@_sachinbansal brother, what’s this? We’re exclusive with @amazonIN.”
Later, in an official statement to the media, OnePlus, confirmed their tie with Amazon India, once again, and suggested customers to buy only from Amazon, stating that else the company cannot guarantee the authenticity of the product.
However, OnePlus 3 had recently been overshadowed by the OnePlus3T, which came up with a few extra upgradations, six months after its release.
