India’s largest independent mobile payments network and mobile wallet MobiKwik has announced launch of donations on its platform, which will help users donate their part of charity to religious institutions.

The company has tied up with Feeding India, a not for profit organization that works towards achieving zero hunger and Gurudwara Singh Sabha for the same. Users can choose to donate their cash-backs or make independent donations. More NGOs and religious institutions will be added within this year.

“This festive season, MobiKwik makes it easier for its users to give back to the society and share their bliss with the underprivileged or contribute to a social institution,” said Co-founder MobiKwik, Upasana Taku.

The festive season has kicked in and the cheer will continue till the New Year. In addition to making payments seamless across prominent retailers and e-tailers, MobiKwik has taken the initiatives to make donations as hassle free.

Users can click on the ‘donate now’ tab and select their choice of institutions for making the contribution.
