Radio-taxi company Meru Cabs has joined Taxis G7 alliance an European taxi services eCab app to allow foreign tourists coming to India to book a cab using the G7 App, and Indians to book a cab when they visit countries where the eCab service operates.

“Through this strategic partnership, Meru Cabs and Taxis G7 customers will be able to book cabs and travel with ease through a global network of taxi providers handpicked for the quality of their services,” the company said in a statement. Meru Cabs will be an exclusive partner for India.

France-based Taxis G7 has more than 13,000 affiliated taxis that ply across France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, and Canada. Foreigners
