The story of Lodha Palava does not reflect the reality. Services of PCMA is pathetic. Reaching Palava City and coming out of it is a daily nightmare. It takes additional 1 hour at any ends. Today i am stuck at inside Lodha for over 1 hour. It is a daily affair. Proposed infra is nowhere to be seen. Flyovers or wide roads is all false. Even building construction quality is not upto Lodha standards itself. Cracks and seepage is norm of the day. No security. Anyone can come and go out of the complex. Fake adverti t on CCTV and chip based advanced security systems. They insist to get societies made anduring residents to fend for themselves. On what basis this news is published. It is far from reality. Check from harassed resides who have paid a premium amount in name of Lodha Group. You seem to be a responsible newspaper. Not expected. Check and publish a proper article.

I booked flat in 2009 the possession was given in 2015. It's very late. On the top of that the construction quality is way pathetic. The person who gave one didn't consider or took or listened to the residents. He might have changed his opinion. Lots of leakage. Some people have holes in their apartment. And now they have come up with new funda to make money by asking money through CGC. They are goons with political parties, media and government agencies and officials in their pockets. You cannot go against them in any way. The only thing you can do is not to buy their property in any of their projects.

You see Lodha world school there...l, it looks like muni lity school is better than that. My flat is in Atlantica. The poorest construction you could ever find in Mumbai, I suggest people should not go for Lodha's next phase..as it's all "mehnat paseene ka kamai", should not be put in waste cheap constructions..check phase one before buying phase II. U will be spared..I bet.

I have my flat in Palava, a 2bhk, it's not yet 10months I took possession, there are leakages and Seepages in the flat, and it's not only my story, it's a story of many(almost 95 ) residents there. This survey seems a paid one.. great ! I know this comment of mine too may not get published..as it gives a negative fact of Lodha constructions..

In first look it's nice. But if ask from residents it's found it is not true. Quality of construction is poor. Maintenance is also poor. Maintenance charges are very high. At the time of handing over society he is charging exorbitant on every type of expenses such as water electricity plumbing. Lift not used in good quality.

Infrastructure wise it is good but the construction quality is very poor. It's only one year I have taken possession and leakage and seapage had started and because of that I'm planning to my flat. This is the ground reality.

Fake, we stay at palava and the construction is so poor that within one year majority of the flat have leakage issues. Also the internal plastering of our building is totally pending and upon asking they say that it is done as per design whereas the other wings of our cluster are all finished. Now they are doing dadagiri when we ask dem.
