Gov should increase the frequency of trains and no need of many long root trains. Cleanness should be there and avoiding plastics.

This is called rationing and those who are in need and hard pressed to travel milk them instead improving by running additional trains.

Only a gimmick to raise fares without better service. On recent journey, I was appalled at the condition of the AC chairs which are shabby, dirty and even torn/broken seats although the charge is quite high. In comparison, China provides an excellent experience in their trains.
