With more than a billion people around us, one can hardly argue that India’s strength has to be its human resource capability. After deep research of more than 3 year and strong relationship with colleges and companies covering more than 400+ colleges and 1500+ corporate reach…Niraj and his team came up with a new concept and denomination i.e “Freshersnews” .
At present he is having more than 10000+ Contacts on LinkedIn and around 94000+ members on Facebook group.
Even the Facebook group founded by Niraj and his team member Deeksha Srivastava who is handling entire HR operations of Freshersnews has crossed 94 k+ members in just a couple of months.
Through this group, they have successfully placed 140+ jobseekers in various client companies free of cost. Even they provide free career counselling and job updates and is one of the fastest growing social network groups of India being denominated as Freshersnews.co.in (A Platform for jobseekers across PAN India).

[FAT] is an Evaluation Test pioneered by Industry Experts to provide a platform for job seekers to get their first job in their dream company.
Based on their [FAT] score Candidates can judge their skill sets which are stronger or where they are lagging behind and according to their score and feedback report they can apply for our various Client Company.
In last 2 years. We have worked with more than 30 + companies including some of the Big MNC’s.
The main challenge we have faced in last 2 years is convincing the college management for campus drives as lots of consultants had already
spoiled the market of Education and recruitment industry. They had already decepted the colleges by charging huge commercial on sake of campus
drives, then either the companies were not genuine or they got vanished from the market after collecting their money.
Henceforth, Freshersnews came up with concept of FAT test so that companies will get pre-screened candidates as well as colleges will get a single platform where they can conduct test by just investing genuine money and getting lots of clients on behalf of Freshersnews. This results in establishing the brand value of our company as well as clients plus colleges.
