E-commerce portal Flipkart today launched the ‘Seller Advantage Week’, an offer to help new sellers across the country to take their business online.
The offer will remain open till July 18.
As part of Flipkart’s national seller campaign, Apne Sapne Jee Kar Dekho, the initiative will offer support and guidance to new sellers to kick-start a hassle-free online journey, the company said in a statement here.
Sellers who register with Flipkart between July 13 and 18 will be eligible for special offers like zero percentage commission, free cataloguing and related support services, it said.
The ‘Seller Advantage Week’ will ensure a seamless onboarding and registration experience for new sellers and gear up their business to match the online marketplace requirements.
Also Flipkart’s priority partners will offer the sellers dedicated on-ground support to kick-start their VAT process, e-company said.
Flipkart Chief Business Officer Ankit Nagori said: “The Seller Advantage Week focuses on offering all aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners the opportunity to take a plunge into the online marketplace model and enjoy the benefits.”
“Furthering our focus of creating a robust ecosystem for sellers in India, we are confident that we will be able to provide sellers with a highly scalable platform to grow their business,” Ankit said.
Flipkart, at present, gets over one crore page visits daily, has reach in 1,000-plus cities, and delivers 80 lakh shipments per month, the company said.
