I enjoy the challenge of meeting the needs of our most exciting consumers — children. Their needs change faster than that of any other consumer and one has to constantly match up to the speed of product innovation that fulfills the currents needs of children. This requires constant connect with the consumer and an efficient product development process.
The day starts at 7am and it’s all about getting ready for work, commuting to the workplace and beginning work at 9:30am. The first 30 minutes are about quick checking of emails, urgent discussions and approvals with my team. On most days, I have a cross-functional meeting starting at 10am, which generally goes on till lunch.
Post lunch, I have meetings with my team and agencies like creative, media, events and market research. The day ends at 7pm on most days.
While Saturdays are about finishing personal work like purchases, banking, payments, etc, Sundays are about spending time with my wife and friends, partying on a few occasions and watching a movie.
The most important gadget is of course the smartphone. I have downloaded many apps on my phone which are about health, mind games, business, etc. The home tablet is used for many online transactions.
My favourite brand for regular office wear is Arrow. For Friday dressing, it is US Polo. Nike is the brand I have always loved as a marketer and wear the sports shoes by them. I wear Tissot and use Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
