In India, media houses secretly cut jobs and most of them at bottom level job cuts, this step rarely effect at editor or HOD level. Some time feel that department’s head forget his/her core works and priority to save his/her job by use unethical activates, follow less work more politics policy. Enjoy all rights as per power for only personal facilities. Overall everything have to bear bottom level employees, who have low ry and more problems. Here one thing is, top level management must to take care what the special right and freedom given to HOD is use for insute’s system or for personal interest.
