Global realty brand Trump Towers has made its debut in Gurugram through real estate firms M3M India and Tribeca Developers, an official release said. With an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, M3M and Tribeca will develop 250 luxury residences under a brand licence from The Trump Organisation, which is currently led by Donald Trump Jr, son of US President Donald Trump. Apartments will have three- and four-bedroom options. The size of the flats will be in the range of 3,500- 6,000 sq ft and will be priced around `5-10 crore. The construction work will start in March and the project will be completed in five years, the release said, adding that M3M India and Tribeca expect sales revenue of Rs 2,500 crore from this project.
M3M India has provided land for this project and the company would be responsible for development. Tribeca will market this project while The Trump Organisation has lent the Trump brand. “With its stunning architecture, beautiful interior options and lavish amenity spaces, our goal was to bring the best of the Trump brand and luxury living to Gurugram…the release quoted Trump Organization executive vice-president Donald Trump Jr as saying.
