Apollo Tyres on Wednesday announced that it has successfully raised 300 million euros for its greenfield plant in Hungary. The total estimated cost for the plant is 475 million euros.

Apollo Tyres on Wednesday announced that it has successfully raised 300 million euros for its greenfield plant in Hungary. The total estimated cost for the plant is 475 million euros. An international consortium of banks consisting of ABN AMRO, Magyar Export-Import Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UniCredit Bank Hungary supported the company and provided the debt financing.

ABN AMRO Bank acted as documentation agent on the facility and Raiffeisen Bank was the facility and security agent, said a press release here.
