Within hours of another terrorist attack at Army base in Baramulla, Pakistan violated ceasefire again along the border in Gurdaspur, Punjab. Ever since Indian Army carried out surgical strikes across terrorist launch pads across LoC on Thursday, ceasefire violations have become a constant, the previous ones being at Akhnoor sector of Jammu & Kashmir.
Center though had started prepping up for this retaliation on Pakistan’s front after the major surgical strikes happened. Around 1000 villages in Punjab and many others in Jammu & Kashmir had been evacuated keeping in mind the security of the people.
