All personals responsible for Khatauli accident of the Kalinga Utkal Express between Meerut Muzaffarnagar section must be terminated the railway board members occupying the seat only for enjoyment by spending public money also must be kicked out of the board.Further a really scientific approach must be taken to minimize the rate of accidents by more than satisfactory condition.
