With concerns about the health of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa intensifying day by day and prayers and wishes pouring, Dr. Richard John Beale from UK is set to visit her in Apollo Hospital in Chennai. She was admitted to the hospital on September 22 after she complained of fever and dehydration. This is Beale’s, a Consultant Intensivist at the London Bridge Hospital, third visit. He will assess the AIADMK supremo’s condition and a medical report is expected by this evening.
Earlier, Jayalalithaa’s supporters and well wishers gathered outside Apollo Hospital where she was admitted a few weeks back. Prayers are also being hold for well being of the Tamil Nadu CM.
In the last bulletin, the hospital had said she continued to be under treatment and was being constantly monitored by intensivists and other consultants in the expert panel, while respiratory support, antibiotics, nutrition, supportive therapy and passive physiotherapy were being given to her.
