Three years of Narendra Modi government: Yogi Adityanath says faith in PM has increased

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today praised PM Narendra Modi at an event, saying that the formation of the NDA government on May 26, 2014 had brought new hope in the country and that the work done over the last three years has increased manifold the faith of the people of the country in the prime minister.

Yogi added that the NDA government has worked for everybody, right from the poor man on the street to farmer, the result of which is being seen today. One of the biggest achievements of the NDA government at the Centre is that none of the ministers has been accused of corruption, the chief minister said. Praising the Centre further, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister said Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) of the government was a revolution in the state, because of which nearly 5 crore families benefitted. (PMUY aims to safeguard the health of women & children by providing them with a clean cooking fuel – LPG, so that they don’t have to compromise their health in smoky kitchens or wander in unsafe areas collecting firewood.).

Stressing that India will become a superpower under the present regime, the chief minister said that the government was focusing on every section in the country, right from farmers to poor, and his forming policies keeping ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ in mind.

When asked about the poor law and order state in the state, the chief minister said it was pathetic earlier as the earlier government used to give protection to criminals, but now things have changed, as the present government is not protecting them. “Give us some time, we will make the state free of crime. Not only criminal but also those protecting them will be taken care of”, he told the channel.

On rising fees in the private schools in the state, the chief minister said that a committee has been formed on it and the state government would see what can be done. Yogi Adityanath further said that his government was working to the development of all areas in the state, right from road construction, electricity supply to improving law and order.
