Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has been hospitalised since September 22 in Chennai. With more than a week since the last health bulletin came out, people across the state and AIADMK supporters have remained clueless about their leader’s health. Senior party leader C. Ponnaiyan on Wednesday said the chief minister is recuperating well and there is no cause for concern. As there were no health reports of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa from doctors and her party leaders, the state police has said it will not encourage any loose talk. It also added that a team of cyber experts will identify and get hold of those posting falls reports of the CM. Since last few weeks, at least 50 criminal cases have been filed and eight people have been arrested.
“Amma has begun talking to people. She spoke to Dr Richard Beale from England and thanked him for taking good care of her,” Ponnaiyan told Hindustan Times.
With Apollo hospital maintaining a silence over the issue, this message will assure Jayalalithaa fans.
