With strong words coming from BJP leaders against such demands, author Chetan Bhagat also took to Twitter to give across his reaction.

Chetan Bhagat who is popular for his bestsellers as 2 States and Five Point Someone is famous on the social media platforms for voicing his opinion whenver anything happens in the nation. On the recent controversies circling the surgical strike as well, Bhagat said that he is stunned and shocked that some political parties are questioning the Indian Army and it’s official statements publicly. He added that all these comments only hurt the nation.

He further added that the surgical strike is not an IPL match whose highlight people are dying to watch and comment on.

Earlier in the day, BJP’s Dharemendra Pradhan had also said that all those who are questioning the validity of the surgical strike don’t respect the Indian Army. ‘All they care about is how many papers in Pak have published them in their headlines’, Pradhan had said.
