Bollywood actress Sunny Leone, her husband Daniel Weber, and a few of their friends had a narrow escape when their private plane nearly crashed in a remote region of Maharashtra, PTI reported. The actress went on Twitter and said that bad weather was responsible for the near crash of their flight. The Bollywood star informed her followers on Twitter that she and her team narrowly escaped what could have been a serious accident. Sunny Leone shared a video on Twitter and spoke about how she and her team faced the unforeseen incident due to bad weather in some remote area of Maharashtra.

The 36-year-old “Laila Main Laila” star, however, said that their pilot had managed to avert the accident. In the said video, Sunny is seen with her husband Daniel, where we see everybody pretty shaken from the experience and the actress trying to cheer everybody up. She goes on to pan the camera towards Daniel, who takes a sigh of relief almost as if he doesn’t believe it himself and says, “We are alive!”.

Leone in her tweets said, “The reason I’m acting so happy cause everyone else is all freaked out! Gotta cheer them up 🙂 Thank the Lord we are all alive! Our private plane almost crashed through bad weather. Counting our stars and driving home! Thank you, God! Have to thank the pilots 4doing such an amazing job getting us through&alive. But You know it’s bad when the pilot starts praying mid air! Our pilots were so amazing. Our lives were in their hands and they saved us!”
