Actor turned politician and present MP from Patna Sahib, Bihar, Shatrughan Sinha in his latest tweets has spoken against PM Narendra Modi’s demonetisation and its negative impact on the common man. In one of them he talks about the effect on women in particular. He writes that the savings made by mothers and sisters over the years to be spent during emergency situations cannot be compared with black money. Anybody making this comparison should think twice before equating ‘savings’ and ‘black money’.

Here is the tweet:

“…well Intentioned savings over many years of our mothers & sisters for emergency can’t be equated with black money.”

To this, another political opponent of the BJP Delhi CM and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal replied:

“@ShatrughanSinha please do something.We all are suffering.Culprits like Mallya are free and common people are targeted by #DeMonetisation.”

Shatrughan Sinha also tweeted on the condition of poor and the needy and what they must be going through in the present state of ‘Financial Emergency’ – the term being used by Opposition parties. In this tweet, he shares his intention that he wants to connect with the poor, more as a human being than as a politician. Here is what he posted:

In a third tweet, the Senior BJP leader from Bihar warned the public to be aware of the truth and reality and not get carried away by what they are being shown by through planted stories and surveys conducted to serve the interests of a few. He tweeted:
“Let’s stop living in a fools’ paradise and getting carried away by planted stories & surveys conducted by vested interests. Get into the….”
