Sachin Tendulkar extends support to PM Narendra Modi’s Swachhata Hi Seva campaign, takes part in cleanliness drive

Coming in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's in Swachhata Hi Seva campaign, cricket legend took part in cleanliness drive in steets of Mumbai today.

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar came in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachhata Hi Seva campaign to take part in cleanliness drive in streets of Mumbai today. As per ANI, he took part in campaign in the Bandra locality of the Maharashtra capital. Earlier he, along with Akshay Kumar, Anushka Sharma,  Nita Ambani  had agreed to be part of it. As part of the prime minister’s Clean India project, these celebrities had  agreed to lead cleanliness campaign in Mumbai, officials said. The government had also telecast Toilet: Ek Prem Katha on Doordarshan as part of the campaign,  PTI said.

Apart from them, Two personalities from Assam, singer Papon and actress Madhurima had also agreed to be part of ‘Swachhta hi Seva’ campaign. Prime Minister  Narendra Modi had written letter to personalities across different fields, including sports, cinema and industry, urged for their support to ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ movement, saying it is the noblest service, agency added. As per PTI, the prime minister in his letter had also cited Mahatma Gandhi’s beliefs and said the people in the country should participate in cleanliness initiatives in the countryahead of Gandhi Jayanti.

On Friday, superstar Rajinikanth extended support his support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Swachhata Hi Seva” mission. In a tweet, the actor said, “I extend my full support to our hon. Prime Minister @narendramodi ji’s #SwachhataHiSeva mission. Cleanliness is godliness.”

    We have a very big team against bhrashtachar in sdh_ramtek place in maharashtra gov. The persons are transfers from or in DD level and make transfers to our team member against rule. Firstly please stop transfers of Mr Chapekar and make the persons in DD level wich working back from three years on their post and they make works independently. I requests about class 3 persons. Please stop my transfers order for four years. Make my phone network for 30 minits at 10pm. I will give you about this report within 8 moths or 4 years. Thanku. Very muh.

        this is a utter failure program and collecting tax for this . why don't he spend this money on the department and ask them to do the cleanness and just ask people of India not to through garbage on the roads . and also he is spending crores of rs .which are collecting from people even through petrol/ diesel ... ministers thinking that people are paying with happiness .. congg is better than BJP . even corruption now is at its peaks , and corrupted people are roaming happily on the roads even today against the words PM said they will be in jail in a year time .. his speeches are so good even a villan will fall into his words . this wont work long and people may give answer by defeating BJP in 2019/19 elections .
