After the security forces in Pulwama suspected the presence of a terrorist in Malawara village, two terrorists have been gunned down in Jammu and Kashmir, reports ANI.
The encounter began after the security personnel launched a search operation in Malawara village on suspicion of the presence of a militant in the area.
According to TV sources, security is now heightened in Pulwama,as two other terrorists are still holed up in the area.
Earlier on Wednesday, the security forces arrested two Hizbul Mujahideen militants from Sopore area of Baramulla district.
This is the second encounter attack after the Pampore attack on Sunday.
