After an eventful week between starting from the podium of United Nations General Assembly, India was gloating under the achievement of entering the LoC and carrying out surigcal strikes in terror launch pads of Pakistan. But as predicted, Pakistan started retaliating by ceasefire vioaltions.
After the news was broken by Indian Army DGMO Ranbir Singh that India carried a successful surgical strike, Pakistan started ceasefire violations on Friday and continued the same on Saturday early morning as well. These firings took place along the Pallanwala sector of Akhnoor district in J&K.
The ceasefire started around 4 am in the morning and is still going on. In the month of September alone, Pakistan had violated the ceasefire five times. Jammu & Kashmir areas such as Naugam sector, Poonch have also been simultaneously affected from the blazing bullets from the Paskitani side.
On September 20, two days after the terror attack in Uri, Pakistani troops had violated ceasefire in the same sector of Kashmir, targeting Indian army positions with small firearms. Though Indian Army troops have been standing tall and strong and retaliating back with full fervour.
Gauging a baffled reaction from Pakistan, India had already started gearing up. Indian Army had evacuated around 1000 villages in Punjab and areas of Jammu & Kashmir expecting an attack from across border. All these people have been shifted to Gurudwaras, Schools and Colleges.
