Pakistan violates ceasefire yet again, one Indian Army jawan injured

In another incident of ceasefire violation by Pakistan, the neighbouring country's troop open fired along the Line of Control (LoC) in Manjakot Sector of Rajouri district in Kashmir, injuring one Indian Army jawan.

In another incident of ceasefire violation by Pakistan, the neighboring country’s troop open fired along the Line of Control (LoC) in Manjakot Sector of Rajouri district in Kashmir, injuring one Indian Army jawan.

There had been 30 ceasefire violations along the LoC by the Pakistan rangers since the Indian Army carried out surgical strikes in the neighboring country, destroying several terrorist launch pads and killing at least 38 terrorists. The last violation was just yesterday when the Pakistani troops open fired from small arms and shelled mortar bombs on forward post along the LoC in Rajouri district.

On October 16 the Pakistani troops violated ceasefire twice by firing along the LoC at the Naushera and Rajouri sectors, claiming the life of one Indian Army jawan.

Pakistan had violated ceasefire thrice on October 5 as troops open fired at several Indian Army posts and civilian areas in three sectors of Poonch and Rajouri district.

On October 4 Pakistani troops targeted 10 forward areas in four places at Jammu, Rajouri and Poonch. There had been four ceasefire violations on October 3 at Saujian, Shahpur-Kerni, Mandi and KG sectors in Poonch district.
