RSS leader Indresh Kumar on Sunday attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad, saying both leaders have been doing vote-bank politics by supporting triple talaq and opposing a uniform civil code.

Indresh, known for his vocal defence of Hinduvta politics, said: “Nitish Kumar, who is also the JD-U President, and Lalu have been playing politics to break the country for the sake of vote.”

“There is an urgent need for one law in the country. There cannot be a separate law for any one,” the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader added.

Indresh also had a personal poser for Nitish and Lalu: “Will they allow their sons to give talaq to their wives?”

Indresh said those, who are against one nation-one law theory, are free to leave the country for any other place.

As per my discussion with friends, triple talaq is not good practice. But why BJP talking about that ? There are hundreds of loose customs in India society, why bjp not talking about them ?Dowry, child marriage, untouchbility, not having food together in villages.

Who is breaking India? no need to explain. RSS dont have rights to voice against Triple Talaq. In holy Quran surae Talaq is enough on this issue.and it is a divine. But due to some Muslims who pronounce triple talaq without knowing the exact way of it, you cannot blame the w community. In India divorce percentage of Muslim community is less than others.

Indians are very good at misusing any law. If you even end triple talaq, people will find ways to misuse and find support of misuse in some prominent persons.

What about educating those " Some Muslims". Triple talaq was in vogue since long. It is only the misuse and the support to misuse that matters.
