Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Sunday that BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha came to visit him just because they share a ‘strong’ relationship with each other and added that drawing political conclusions from it ‘is not right’.
“Yesterday I met Shatrughan Sinha ji and Shatrughan Sinha ji also went to Lalu ji to give birthday wishes. He is ‘Bihari Babu’. He is also a great artist apart from being a politician. And he has a good relation with everyone,” Nitish told the media here.
“We too are proud of this great artist. And we have personal relationship with him. We don’t see this politically. And whatever he likes, whatever he thinks is right, he says. He has unbiased opinion. Whatever he said is good and all of us respect each other. To draw political conclusion is not right,” he added.
Talking about Sinha’s frequent visit, Nitish pointed out “we already have a relationship, that too a strong one. We constantly keep meeting each other. At times you (media) get to know, but most of the times you don’t.”
Sinha too today said that one should not politicise his praise for Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
