Narendra Modi Bengaluru visit LIVE: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a BJP rally in Bengaluru that marked the conclusion of the party’s 90-day Nava Nirman Parivarthan yatra across poll-bound Karnataka. The rally was held at the Palace grounds in the city. PM Modi hit out at the Congress government in the state saying that the countdown for the exit of Congress has already started. He even said that if state BJP Chief BS Yeddyurappa is made the CM, then he would be able to understand the pulse of the farmers.

Meanwhile, elaborate security arrangements were made for the rally at the sprawling venue in the city centre where the party at least one lakh people attended and listened to Modi’s speech. “Today I will address a rally in Bengaluru. I am delighted to have this opportunity to interact with the wonderful people of Karnataka,” PM Modi had tweeted in the morning. Meanwhile, Pro-Kannada organisations had withdrawn their call for a Bengaluru shutdown on Sunday and demand the Prime Minister’s intervention in the Mahadayi River dispute.
