Mumbai rains are back! The roads are flooded with water and traffic is moving at an unimaginably slow pace and according to IMD, the situation is not likely to change for the next 48 hours. During the last 2 hours, the maximum city has been receiving heavy to very heavy rains. Due to these rains, several areas have been waterlogged and traffic snarls are expected as office commuters have begun their journey. “The Western line is running about 15 to 20 minutes late.
