The 2012 muni l elections had recorded a 55 turnout, the highest ever in the city’s civic polls. If 55 turnout is highest ever, how is media tagging today's 54 as poor turn out or low turn out or DISMISSAL turnout. ALSO 54 turn out is based upon last released info - final figure still eluding - that may be 55 or a decimel more. AND THE TURN OUT IS DISMISSAL - that is the dismissal plight of ENTIRE indian media. With voting cast on EVMs, why can't election result be declared with the last vote cast? Election Commission requires 63 hours to complete mani tion of results. I fully endorse Kejriwal/Ashutosh apprehensions of bias of Election Commission. BJP dictated Election Commission perhaps the way the Congress had been doing for half a century. Hence Congress has no locus standi on EVM issue. AND Congress emerged victorious in Kejriwal defeat. All above of course is all theoretical. Let us wait till 26 April. Aaj ke Kalyug me kuchh bhi sambhav hai.
