Uphill task before SAARC
The upcoming SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) summit that is about to be held in Kathmandu has mounting tasks ahead. The SAARC nations must come forward to chart out strong strategies to tackle the terror threats that have long been holding the international community hostage. Secondly, these countries should strengthen the economic agendas in order to beat the economic blues in the region. Also they must look into cooperative ways for creating more jobs in the industries. Besides this, the SAARC countries must pledge to help out one another during the times of crisis.

Tech companies value workers?
Apropos of your recent edit “Employee satisfaction”, while it is true that the tech companies have better perks for employees and offer a very flexible, non-formal working environment, it is also true that the “egg-freezing” services, courtesy Facebook and Apple, are neither in the best interests of employee-friendliness nor the larger employment culture, as it is inherently discriminatory. Are male employees being asked to freeze sperm?
