Concerned over the health condition of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa being kept under respiratory support at the Apollo Hospitals, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today reached Chennai to pay a visit to the ailing CM.

After his visit to the Apollo Hospital the Congress vice president asserted that the Tamil Nadu CM is recovering and will soon be alright.

Jayalalithaa had been admitted to the Apollo hospital on September 22, citing poor health condition with complaints of ‘fever and dehydration’. On Monday the hospital confirmed that the Tamil Nadu CM had been kept on respiratory support and is being treated with anti-biotics for infection. The hospital had earlier asserted that Jayalalithaa is slowly recovering but will have to stay at the hospital for a longer period of time.

A group of expert doctors had been treating the Chief Minister and had also drawn a detailed medical management plan, made in concern with the medical history of diabetes and winter bronchitis of Jayalalithaa. A panel of doctors from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi had also been analysing the health condition of the CM and will stay in the state till Friday. The present line of treatment carried out the doctors includes antibiotics, nebulisation, drugs to decongest the lungs, nutrition, general nursing care and supportive therapy.

The congress vice president’s visit had been marked as a ‘private programme’ and security branches had been tied up for piloting the vehicle of Rahul Gandhi in Chennai. Security at the Apollo hospitals has also been beefed up, eying the visit of the Congress vice president. Rahul Gandhi is expected to fly back to Delhi today evening after his visit to Jayalalithaa.

In July of 2015. it was discovered that I got type 2 diabetes, By the end of the July month. I was given a prescription for the Metformin, I stated with the ADA diet and followed it completely for several weeks but was unable to get my blood sugar below 140, Without results whatever I did, I really panicked and called my doctor. His response?? Deal with it yourself, I started to feel that something wasn’t right and do my own research, Then I found Lisa’s great blog (google " HOW I FREED MYSELF FROM THE DIABETES " ) .. I read it from cover to cover and I started with the diet and by the next morning. my blood sugar was 100, Since then. I get a fasting reading between the mid 70s and 80s, My doctor was very surprised at the results that. the next week. he took me off the Metformin drug, I lost 35 pounds in my two month and lost more than 8 inches off my own waist as well as I can exercise twice per day and still having a lot of energy. The truth is that we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods..
