Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and member of opposition on Friday slammed the government for stopping free speech. “Independent thinking in India is under threat and Centre’s attempts to “suppress” peaceful dissent is undemocratic,” said Singh.

      AFTER SERVING AS PM FOR 10 YEARS AND THAT TOO PERMITED ALL TYPES OF SCAMS IN COAL,2G,HELICOPTOR,ETC ,HE REALISED NOW AFTER MUCH DAMAGE IS DONE.SINCE FREEDOM OF SPEECH WAS NOT GIVEN TO HIM BY HIS BOSS HE WAS ONLY AN OBSERVER. AT LEAST HIS PRESENT DAY SPEECH CONTAIN LOOT, NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH,NO RESPECT FOR NDEPENDENT THINKING OF HIS REGIMEAND HE IS NOW ABLE TO SPEAK .IF HE GET NEXT TERM HE WILL DO JUSTICE TO COUNTRY AND HIS BOSS.

        What about the freedom of speech in upa 1&2 every body very well know . manmohan singh is the greatest sufferers of free speeches.
