In a shocking act, a woman employee at a Five Star Hotel was harassed by her senior, and was later removed from her job for complaining about the matter, PTI reports. The report says that the woman has been inexplicably sacked by the hotel. However, the manager who allegedly assaulted her has also been removed. The person, reportedly the security manager of the hotel, is seen pulling a woman’s  sari in the video. In victim’s words, the manager called her into the cabin, and asked what gift she wants as it was her birthday, and he even flaunted his credit card. “Boss told me to sit, and when I didn’t sit, he pulled me towards him and tried to take off my sari. He told the other colleague to go out of the room,” the woman told NDTV. As per PTI, the woman has also alleged that the man had been pressurising her into having physical relations with him and she was resisting his advances. PTI reports that the woman told police that she complained to the HR of the hotel but was summarily sacked. The woman thereafter approached the police with a complaint and a case was registered on July 30.

The accused has not been arrested as yet. Speaking to ANI, the hotel manager said that accused security manager has been suspended. “We have suspended the accused security manager. Don’t know whether the woman has been suspended too: Raja Singh,” hotel’s PR Officer said.
