Gurugram election result 2017: Full list of winners in Municipal Corporation of Gurugram polls

The election saw independent candidates winning in 21 of the 35 wards. Significantly, 15 of the 35 candidates who emerged victorious in the Gurugram Municipal Corporation polls 2017, were women.

Gurugram election result 2017: Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) poll results were declared on Sunday, September 24. The polls were held for 35 wards in the civic body, the results of which were declared yesterday in the evening. The election saw independent candidates winning in 21 of the 35 wards. Significantly, 15 of the 35 candidates who emerged victorious in the Gurugram Municipal Corporation polls 2017, were women, reported PTI. While Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which fielded candidates in every ward and was confident of bagging bigger number, as per the report by the Times of India, had to be satisfied with just 14 seats. The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), meanwhile, secured just one seat. Here is the list of all the winning candidates, as reported by TOI:
