The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched its digital , Parinam Manjusha. The step has been taken to provide easier access to academic documents online. Parinam Manjusha has been developed by the board in collaboration with NEGD (DigiLocker). From now, students can find their marksheets, pass certificates, and migration certificates at the click of a button, a report by india.com has said.
The report further said that documents will also contain a QR code, which can be checked through a mobile-based scanning app that can be downloaded from the Parinam Manjusha website.
As per TOI reports, employers and educational institutes can also verify applicants’ academic records through this website. They have to first register on Parinam Manjusha and get verified by the board. They can then check the applicants’ certificates after paying the verification fee online. The documents will be send to the employer through-mail and the applicant will be notified.
Speaking about the portal, CBSE chairman R K Chaturvedi said that Parinam Manjusha is the board’s digital repository of academic records of Classes X and XII, for all categories of students, whether they are regular, private, and patrachar.”
CBSE and its regional offices will access academic records through this repository. They also have the option to update academic records after following the due approval process when required. Duplicate certificates can be printed using the repository. The portal will contain certificates in a central database on a central server.
