CBSE 12th Result 2017: On the day of the announcement of Class XII results the website of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Cbse.nic.in was not accessible at 10 AM – it had gone blank. It came back online after 10 minutes, but is very, very slow. However, it again went blank thereafter and is available intermittently. 10,98,891 students of Class XII from across the country were expecting their board results today. The crash of the website will increase the anxiety amongst students and their parents, but there is no need to worry as alternate arrangements have been made and after a while the situation will improve. They need to be patient fo a while. Students can check also their result on Results.nic.in, and Cbseresults.nic.in.
A total of 10,98,891 students appeared in the Central Education boards Class XII exam. Of these students 4,60.026 are girls and 6,38, 865 are boys, as per an Indian Express report.
The Indian Express reports that the board’s results were delayed due to assembly elections in five states, the exams were started a week late due to these elections.
The board has asked the general public to visit the websites for the results and not asked people to not come to the offices of CBSE for the results.
CBSE 12th Result 2017: Candidates need to keep in mind that the websire might experience technical glitches beacuse of heavy traffic at the time when the fresults have been declared. The board has made arrangements for the students in cases like these, they can check their results at- www.results.nic.in; www.cbseresults.nic.in; www.cbse.nic.in.
Steps to check CBSE Class 12th Results 2017: To check their scores, students can follow the below mentioned steps and know their results- Step 1: Visit the official website at results.nic.in/ cbseresults.nic.in/ cbse.nic.in; Step 2: Once on the main page of the website, click on th elik that says, ‘Senior School Certificate Examination Results – 2017’; Step 3: On the homepge, enter the required information, press enter; Step 4: Your result will be displayed on the screen; Step 5: Check the information mentioned on the results; Step 6: Take a print out of the same and keep for future use.
