Politics is going to another low in India. If you think that Dayashankar Singh calling Mayawati ‘worse than a prostitute’ was too bad, then you are mistaken. BSP Chandigarh Unit Chief Jannat Jahan on Thursday said that she is willing to give a reward of Rs 50 lakh to the person who gets her the tongue of Singh. “I will give reward of 50 lakh to person who gets Dayashankar’s tongue,” she told ANI.

Ahead of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, BJP has landed itself in yet another controversy. BJP, which has 15 vice presidents in Uttar Pradesh, Daya Shankar was Singh one of them. He was a general secretary of the party in the state and had lost legislature council elections in June. Post his comment, in a swift move, BJP removed Dayashankar Singh from his position of BJP’s UP Vice President over his derogatory remarks and at night he was expelled from the party. Breaking the dream of Kanshi Ram into pieces, Mayawati is selling tickets like a prostitute, this is what Dayashankar said, which sparked outrage.

Mayawati slammed the derogatory comment and said, “I respect all my brothers and am shocked by such crude remarks. This is a fight of ideologies and I have never used such a filthy language.”

Arun Jaitley also expressed regret over the remark. “It is not right, and if a person has used this word, then we will investigate. I stand with you,” Jaitley said.
