WHATEVER THE AMOUNTS ARE REALISED as local area development fund to MLAs in any state in any financial year, it is not possible for the MLAs of their respective consutions to utilise those funds to meet the actual needs of the people to whom they are representing................................ That's why AAM AADMI PARTY has the concept of SWARAJ in its manifesto where the power of decision making of utilising those funds will be dedicated to the people of that area through GRAM-SABHA & MOHALLA-SABHA. Not only that, after completion of job the representatives will have to be accountable to his people before paying the bills.................................. This ALTERNATIVE POLITICS will be challenging the corrupt-prone TRADITIONAL POLITICS............................... Our Motherland is going to be truly "REPUBLIC" after her independence, which she aught to be, REPUBLIC INDIA as written in our CONSUTION..............
