Rocky Yadav, who was arrested for being accused of murdering 16-year old Aditya Sachdeva, was granted bail on Wednesday by the Patna High Court. A day after the HC granted the bail to the son of JD (U) MLC Manorama Devi, parents of the victim expressed dissatisfaction over the court’s judgement.

Aditya Sachdeva’s mother questioned the court order which came in favour of Rocky Yadav, even before the case was opened. The aggrieved mother said that she had expectations from the government and the bail was an injustice to the victim and his family.

“We’ve lost our child & he won’t come back but still we are looking for justice, he (Rocky Yadav) should realize his mistake,” Aditya’s mother said in a statement to ANI.

Shyam Sundar, the father of Aditya Sachdeva claimed that even after having all proofs and evidences against Rochy Yadav, the accused got bailed out in the influence of money and power. “Its a very bad day for Bihar, I appeal to the government to take some measures to save Bihar from this ‘jungle raj’,” Shyam Sundar said while speaking to ANI.

Rocky Yadav, son of JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi and gangster Bindi Yadav, was accused of gunning down Aditya Sachdeva who had allegedly overtaken Rocky’s SUV while he was coming back home from a birthday party.

Following the bail granted by the High Court, Rocky is expected to be out of jail within one or two days. His parents who were also arrested in connection with the road rage case had also been released on bail earlier.
