Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejrwal on Thursday released a video wherein he explains the recent removal of Minister of SC/ST Welfare and Women and Child Welfare Sandeep Kumar’s from the Delhi cabinet of ministers. The action was taken after a Cd was delivered to the AAP supremo on Wednesday night. Within 30-minutes of getting the Cd, we had Kumar removed from his position, claims Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. However, defending himself over the “objectionable” video, Kumar took to Twitter and said that he was being framed for being Dalit and that he is not present in the video.

Kumar also added that a conspiracy was being deployed in order to tarnish his image and he would request that the CD be investigated. Sources also allege that AAP convenor was given the CD 15 days back but he chose to not take an action against it. His action came after a few media houses broke the news. Explaining this entire scenario, Kejriwal released a video. Here’s what he says in it:

Yesterday, we received a CD, where our minister Sandeep Kumar was caught doing something wrong. We have immediately removed him. I am deeply upset by his actions. We have removed him from the cabinet and as a party, we will take an action against him soon.  People must be thinking that such people are present in AAP. However, I would like to say, that when we give ticket to people, we investigate his background thoroughly. Even after getting the background checked, we can’t predict that the actions of him/her when they come to power.

There’s one thing that differentiates AAP from other parties, that is is our approach to such events. We take a quick action against them. We don’t spare them.  I am sad that such people existed in out party, but we did not cover them up. We took an action against them.

We ousted our ministers when they were alleged for possessing fake degrees or asking for a bribe of Rs 6 lakhs. We have taken an action, whenever it was necessary. Few days back, an action was taken against our Punjab AAP convener as well.

The CD was given to us at 8pm, at 8,30 pm, Sandeep Kumar was removed.

While on the other hand, Shivraj Singh Chauhan is accused of being involved in Vyapam scam, but BJP is trying to save him. Vasundhara Raje has her hand in a lot of controversies, however, BJP is covering them yet again. Look at Congress, they are no less. They too are involved in many controversies, but they are not dismissing their ministers, they are in turn supporting them.

AAP na bhashtachyar karta hai, na sehta hai. (AAP doesn’t get involved in corruption, neither does it tolerate it)

Today, if I can take an action against my own people, then I will do so against others as well. We are sad that such a person was present in our cabinet. If someday, I were to do something wrong, I will ask Sisodia to remove me. If he does something wrong, I will take an action against him. AAP will not tolerate corruption at all.

Jai Hind!

AAP has set standards of morality which other parties and media would not understand. How are people who get paid for news any different than terrorists who want to break this nation - except that terrorists are do so openly and are not hypocrites. Would you want a person with questionable morality in your home even though he may be legally not a criminal. If not why should we want to be our leader? Sandeep was a mistake which has been rectified. Good job! Keep it up AAP. The public is not obvilious to the fact that over 650 Cr have been pumped in by the BJP to manage media and social network. Obviously, they would provide a lot of services for that kind of a job. Pressutes... Isn't it??
