AIMIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi today shocked with his statements during a speech. He said that Parliament and Assemblies pass laws against Muslims, India TV reported. Owaisi also said his brother Asaduddin Owaisi, MP and National President of AIMIM, can win enough votes to increase the presence of Muslims in Parliament, and consequently ensure laws are made that can give them their rights. “The laws that destroy Muslims are not made on roads, marketplaces or grounds but in Parliament, Assemblies and municipalities. If Muslims want and if they all come together then we will not need anybody’s mercy or help or actions. Our brother himself with his vote can win India’s 50 Parliament seats,” Akbaruddin Owaisi said in a video footage aired by the channel. His statement comes in light of the recent lynchings of Muslims in Jharkhand and other areas for suspected possession of beef.

His brother Asaduddin Owaisi had earlier told PTI, “All this cow, Ram Mandir(issues) are part and parcel of the BJP (agenda). Basically, the aim and objective is to make India a ‘Hindu Rashtra’.” Owaisi has alluded to recent cases of lynchings. In June, 15-year old Junaid Khan was lynched and stabbed to death by 200 people on a Mathura-bound train for alleged possession of beef. In Giridih district of Jharkhand a dairy farmer was lynched to death by a mob and his house was set afire after a cow’s carcass was discovered in his house, according to PTI.

A cattle trader was hounded by a mob and his car was set afire for alleged possession of beef in the vehicle. The lynchings were condemned through widespread protests across the country called ‘Not in my Name’ too.

This is wrong. " 15-year old Junaid Khan was lynched and stabbed to death by 200 people on a Mathura-bound train for alleged possession of beef. " Junaid was killed by group of hooligans when they had fight with his group. The attacking group was larger than Junaid his friends. They did insulted them by calling beef eaters many more names. BUT THERE WAS NO POSSESSION OF BEEF, NEITHER THERE WERE 200 PEOPLE. kindly check before publishing stories. Don't play in to hands of corrupt Congress which is past master in engineering communal riots. Only poor people die in riots, be they Muslim or Hindu,. There's not even a scratch on the bodies of Owaisies, thakres, and many others raised by Congress.

Muslims staying in India should understand that at the time of par ion of India they were given a choice to stay in India or go to Pakistan. (This was one of the biggest mistakes done at that time by allowing them to stay in India by choice). On the basis of this option they get the second status as Indian citizens. They have no right to claim equality in Indian citizens' rights. Therefore, they should not raise their heads too high. Live peacefully in India.

He, infact all such people who speak such words to incite fellow people should be arrested immediately and produced in a court to clarify their stand to speak such words/language. This certainly does not fall within the cons utional right of freedom of speech. If they fail to satisfy the court they should be thrown out of India once for all.
