A couple of informations r imp. When has inspector Jaharlal retired? What was his source of information? Why didn't he lodge a complaint while he was in service. One is an IPS officer Jaharlall was possibly a constable while he joined. Has AAP party given him something underhand? That should be enquired first. Information goes that aap has given him 5lakhs.
