AAP crisis: In his second press conference targeting the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, suspended leader Kapil Mishra, who is sitting on a fast in Delhi in his revelation, said that a number of wrongdoings were done including money laundering, making false statements to the Election Commission and also the Income-Tax department. This was done to hide the true picture of the actual status of the party with the intention of cheating all concerned. He also revealed that a number of shell companies were created to hide the money trail of the party and that it also involved forex violations. He also alleged that during the demonetisation period Arvind Kejriwal put in motion attempt to turn black money into white.
Kapil Mishra alleged that Kejriwal was hiding cash from Income-Tax department and was also involved in money laundering. He started the conference by saying that he is on a hunger strike in the interest of the nation and appealed to the Home Minister Rajnath Singh that it is not broken by force.
In his latest ‘khulasa’ (revelation), Mishra gave details of money used by the party in last few years. He said, there were Rs 45 crore in the bank but AAP cadre were asked to fight elections with Rs 19 crore. Kapil Mishra also said that he will approach the CBI with all the evidence.

In the 45 min conference, Mishra accused Kejriwal of keeping the donation details secret and even made false statements to Election Commission and Income-Tax department. He also said that 16 shell companies were created that do not exist in reality and money in crores flowed to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He further added that the party got Rs 25 crore, but showed only Rs 20 crore. He questioned them about the missing Rs 5 crore, he added that another account showed a discrepancy of Rs 15 crore. Mishra also revealed that the donations were made on January 20, 2014.

He said because of his revelations, Arvind Kejriwal will go to jail from here. Towards the end of the conference, Mishra demanded resignation from Delhi CM Kejriwal and said that if he does not do so by the end of the day, he will catch rag him by the collar and drag him to the Tihar jail.
After exposing all the details against Kejriwal, Mishra showed 2-3 blank cheques worth Rs 35 cr each that were undated and uncrossed. Mishra collapsed as soon as he did that and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance for treatment.
