Post-test talks begin with no-first-use offer
Pakistan has said that it will not go in for "quick-fix solutions'' to problems with India and that the dialogue will be a step towards friendly relations between the two countries. Pakistan and India initiated dialogue after a year's break on Friday afternoon at the Punjab House in Islamabad.
