FERA case
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday fixed September 23 for hearing on Enforcement Directorate's petition challenging a Bombay High Court order granting bail to media baron Ashok Jain in alleged FERA violation cases. A three-judge Bench comprising Justices M K Mukherjee, S P Kurdukar and K T Thomas would also hear on the same day the Directorate's petition seeking some more time to retain certain documents claimed to have been seized from Jain's house.
