Airline companies go on overdrive to woo tourists
  It is probably the best time to pack your bags for a holiday tour. With South Asian and South-east Asian countries promoting themselves aggressively as tourist destinations, airline companies and tourism promotion boards have joined hands to offer festive discounts to customers at rock bottom prices.
Welspun Gujarat bags export orders worth $97 million
  Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd, the Rs 256.37 crore pipe division of the Welspun Group has bagged orders worth around Rs 450 crore equivalent to $97 million from Egypt, Iran and Iraq.
   
DSQ Software may download non core arms to new entity
  The Chennai-based DSQ Software Ltd may sell its non-strategic divisions, hive-off one or more business divisions to a new entity. The company is in the process of appointing a consultant to suggest the strategy for business restructuring, according to a press release issued here on Tuesday.
JK Paper scouts for M&As, outsourcing to double capacity
  JK Paper Limited is looking at mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing to double its annual paper capacity to around 3 lakh tonnes over the next two to three years.
