Panel strikes down HDO, Daelim, L&T bids for DAP plant
  The bids put in by Hindustan Dorr Oliver, Daelim and Larsen & Toubro to construct a di-ammonium phosphate plant in Rajasthan have been disqualified.
Spic in joint venture talks with Mitsubishi Chemicals
  SPIC Petrochemicals Ltd, which is implementing a three lakh tonne PTA and 80,000 tonne per annum PFY project, is in talks with Mitsubishi Chemicals for a strategic joint venture.
SCI seeks operation of ONGC’s offshore vessels
  Shipping Corporation of India is in talks with Oil and Natural Gas Commission to operate the latter’s fleet of off-shore vessels. The operations of OSVs would result in net revenue inflows of around $300 per day to SCI.
Morgan Stanley may cut stake in Strides Arcolab
  Morgan Stanley is believed to be evaluating the option of diluting its holding in the Bangalore-based pharmaceutical company, Strides Arcolab. Morgan Stanley is believed to control around 8 per cent of Strides Arcolab’s equity capital.
