Bombay High Court adjourns DPC petition
The Bombay High Court on Monday adjourned the hearing of a writ petition filed by DPC challenging the MERC jurisdiction and its order restraining it (DPC) to reactivate escrow account and proceed on arbitration against the MSEB until Tuesday.

Star to cease telecast on InCablenet in Mumbai
Star Network, with its bouquet of seven channels, has decided to cease telecast on the Hinduja-run InCablenet in Mumbai. According to Star’s official press statement, this decision has been taken in view of large outstandings by InCablenet.
