SIDBI's NFSIT invests Rs 10 cr in four IT cos

Mumbai : SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd, acting as fund manager for NationalVenture Capital Fund for Software and IT industry (NFSIT) has taken stake infour IT companies aggregating Rs 10 crore.Investments in these companieswere recently made as equity and equity linked instruments, SIDBI VentureCapital said in a release here on Tuesday..The companies in which it had taken a stake are KarroxTechnologies; engagedin providing high-end training in software as well as education on theinternet, DSS Infotech Ltd; which is in computer software and qualitycontrol product development activities, IndiaIdeas.com Pvt Ltd; engaged indeveloping electronic bill presentment and payment services for India andBenchmark Softech Ltd.
