Online equity trading site launched

Mumbai, Feb 27: An online equity-trading site `envestmentz.com' has beenlaunched by Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd and a Nucleus groupcompany. The site is a comprehensive finance portal with facility to tradeon both the premium exchanges of the country, namely BSE and NSE. The sitewould offer real time quotes with scrip symbol help, a versatile ticker andonline markets designed to bring about market analysis with respect togainers, losers and circuits on a real time basis. The site does not warrantany changing of either the bank or depository that a client may have beendealing with. The site has extensive customisation features. One of itsfeatures "Alerts" enables clients to be alerted on e-mail and other media(depending on connectivity) on the basis of triggers chosen by the client.

The site's `touchline' feature is highly customizable to depict the totalpicture of the scrips chosen by the client on both the exchanges. Thetouchline refreshes the information every few seconds and serves theinformation to the client on his computer. The site also has a section"real time news" on significant events pertaining to companies, stockmarkets, economy, political developments, local as well as global by anarrangement with Reuters. Under the "university" section, an investor canclear his understanding on terminologies used in capital markets.
